Extension work at Majestic Residence

Extension work at Majestic Residence is underway after completing the renovation work on this 3 Bedroom villa’s swimming pool during 2019.

Located on Pratumnak hill, CSP constructed this particular villa several years ago. The proximity to both Pattaya and Jomtien, favorite restaurants, and numerous other attractions are highly sought after by locals.

With the Covid-19 situation hampering the tourism industry, the owners took the opportunity to improve on the residence.
This time around, CSP-Construction worked with the owners to extend the master bedroom and bathroom of this three-bedroom villa. We also added a spacious walk-in wardrobe and rendered some walls with a LOFT finish.
Our architects re-designed and completed all the engineering in-house before commencing with the work. The roof and second floor join seamlessly to the villa without compromising the villa-style or looking as an attachment.
Our teams are completing other renovation work at the residence and, progress on this project will be updated regularly.
