Na Jomtien Renovation

The property is situated a stone’s throw away from the beach in Na Jomtien, the perfect location to enjoy the lovely beach. The main architecture of the renovation and extension was designed by Gooodlux Design.

This project has been jointly managed by Kh. Charn (Structural and Engineering works) and Kh. Oui (Architecture development, Detailing and Client Relations)

Kh. Kim, was responsible for the Landscape design and irrigation system design.

CSP started the demolition of walls, windows and the roof in February 2022 to expand and extend the house out from the skeleton to a glorious house with a Sala and roof top area for guest to view the beauty of Na Jomtien beach.

With the structure work of the pool deck, Sala and extended garage complete the new build has started and the house skeleton is being filled changing the original house layout to the luxury modern home the clients hearts desire.

The roof steel structure has been fixed and resealed to protect it from water and humidity so that the roof tiling process can start and will be complete in the next few days to protect the inside of the house. Block walls are being laid to convert the house skeleton to a shell that we will render to perfection. Then the fun part of all the accessories such a lighting, painting, built-in furniture starts. What an amazing process to see happening. (Dated: 4 July 2022)

The roof tile are up and sealed and preparation for the Sala roof top is underway. Soon we can pour the concrete to create the roof top terrace, amazing sunset views here we come!

We started the inside 1st floor brick work in the bathroom where we use red bricks to provide waterproofing (as it is a wet area and the red brick is denser) and also to provide a greater strength to install hanging basin countertops and ensure that they do not come loose or break out.

We only use the best for our customers to ensure longevity of our builds and renovations.

Gooodlux Design have provided the client and us with some amazing interior and exterior renderings to get a realistic feel to the end result. What to look forward to!
