Paradise 1 Renovation and Extention

CSP started the Renovation and Extension in Toongklom area Pattaya, transforming it from an average house to a spacious and high tech luxurious home to the clients specifications and requirements under the watchful eye of our Architect Oui.

The house is a 3 bedroom, open living and kitchen area, with balconies to accompany many of the rooms and areas including the Master bedroom. We transformed the whole building by creating a large walk-in closet for the Master bedroom where the balcony once was, changing the upper floor balcony into a spacious office with an outside wine bar balcony, outside the house the outside room was extended to create more garage space and a lovely roofed terrace was renovated for outside dining by the pool. The whole interior and exterior flooring of the house was completely ripped out and replaced, wooden steps replaced with glossy marble stairs, the old ceilings removed and replaced, the walls were touched-up and given a fresh coat of paint, transforming the house to a modern luxurious finish.

The main construction of the project was completed in June 2022 with the happy client and his family moved into their dream home.
