The team at CSP Construction has worked well to design this luxurious development of 8 bespoke homes in the hill in Pong on the outskirts of Pattaya, to have a full view of the city leading to some stunning sunset views. The homes range in size from 500 to over 1,500 sqm.
Currently, as of June 2022, the road has been built with proper drainage to government drains, 4 houses have been designed and the first home (~1,500 sqm) build is due to start soon.
