Our architects designed this property with a particular list of requirements as given by the Family.
The main floor of the property houses the master bedroom, open-plan kitchen, and a living room overlooking the infinity pool. On the back-drop, you have unparalleled views of the pristine golf course.
The second floor is reached from the central courtyard and houses the additional two en-suite bedrooms.
The east end of the courtyard houses a guest house and on the west, a semi-closed yet well-protected double car park.
Garden and landscape were provided all around the main building to maintain maximum privacy, yet still provide ample natural light & ventilation throughout the house.
