Renovating Baan Suan

We are renovating Baan Suan, which is a great three bedroom family house in the Hua Yai district of Pattaya.

The main home features 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms, a swimming pool, a large open-plan kitchen, and a living room with nearly 2500 sqm of the surrounding landscape. The second building houses two bedrooms & one bathroom, ideally suited to home gardening projects or a hobbyist’s workshop.

On this project, we extended the house with a newly built kitchen and closed double carport. The extended driveway has a stamped concrete finish to reduce the costs significantly on this project.
We reshaped the garden and landscape and will be planting numerous tropical plants as well as a traditional water-fountain.
Once we completed the main building, the client also contracted CSP to build an additional 160 sqm double story guest building overlooking the pool. The second floor will have an extended terrace with an open-air carport underneath.
