CSP Projects took over the construction of this project in 2017 after it was abandoned by the original contractor.

The totality of the house was re-designed and re-engineered to be the timeless classic as seen today.

Several structural changes were brought about and we expanded on the original building. Rounded towers on the 4 extremities were remodeled and squared off, significantly increasing the usable living space of the bedrooms and added the extended balconies.

On the interior, internal walls were reduced on the ground floor to create a full-width Kitchen, Dining, and Living room area. The ground floor hosts an en-suite bedroom, guest bathroom, storage room, and utility room with a separate entrance to the rear of the property.
The second floor hosts the Master bedroom and 2 additional large, fully en-suite bedrooms. The family room is adjacent to the billiard room with an extended terrace facing the main entrance of the property.

In the courtyard, the swimming pool is an overflow with a sunken sala adjacent to the pool.

The main living area, entertainment area, and courtyards are all overlooking the stunning views offered by Phoenix Golf Course.
